A few years ago, I would have never used the word “aura.” My focus was on work, learning new skills, and figuring life out. But during my personal journey, especially when I went through a difficult phase of depression, I started noticing something deeper about emotions and energy.
Some days, even when nothing was wrong externally, I felt heavy, drained, and disconnected from myself. Other days, after meditation or spending time in calm awareness, I felt lighter and more hopeful. That’s when I began understanding something simple, our emotional state affects the energy we carry.
Aura healing is the process of clearing that emotional and energetic heaviness. When we carry unresolved emotions, negative thoughts, or past wounds, they often sit quietly within us and affect how we feel, react, and even attract relationships.
Through awareness, healing practices, and energy work, the aura begins to feel lighter again. When that happens, clarity returns, emotions stabilize, and you start feeling more like yourself again.
For me, aura healing is not about something mystical or complicated. It is simply about releasing what no longer belongs in your emotional space so you can return to your natural state of calm and balance.
